Refund policy
RETURNING
Returned item(s)must be unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached and free of makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, smoke, etc, or item will be refused and returned to you with a shipping return fee. Any items that are needing to be returned must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Buyer is responsible for the shipping fee to send the item(s) back.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your package is received, please allow our Returns Department up to three business days for processing and crediting your account if applicable. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification and we will issue your purchase amount with the status of your return and the amount of your store credit. We do NOT offer cash refunds regardless the matter, store credit only. This is the return policy for ALL payment methods. Using Shop Pay as a payment method does not change the return policy.
